Made by us from our own free range pigs

Our bacon is cured by Pat, who is 75 years old and lives next door to our farm - Little Ellis Farm in Chobham, Surrey.

Sausages are a real speciality of our award-winning butchers in Whitton, Twickenham. Ellis Fine Foods won the 2009 Local Food Heroes award, in part because of the excellence of our sausages which are of course made from free range pork reared on our farm.
