From our own free range pigs

At our farm near Woking in Surrey, we breed and rear Great British Saddleback and Large Welsh pigs. The pigs are fed on GM-free pig nuts, apples, carrots and greens, and they live outdoors in the fields in sociable groups or pairs.

Our bacon and hams are cured by "Pat-next-door". At the age of 75, Pat is a real expert on curing pork and we know you'll be amazed at the flavour of our hams.
